The Grip Tape kits have the same moldability, but have an adhesive underneath that helps hold it in place while wrapping. For instance, in one case you might want to overcome muzzle rise, and in another, get a quicker draw from your holster by adding a hook-flute on the front strap. This hook design makes the draw more secure without worrying about accidental discharge during the draw. The design shown at left incorporates both of these features.
