 Industrial Ergonomic Programs
The Programs:

...for when you consider your workers as Assets!

With productivity at stake, and costs measured by 1/10th of a cent, we want to make certain you profit from your investment in your workers with PersonaGrip. We would be doing your company and its workers a disservice if PersonaGrip was evaluated based on its shape as designed by an inexperienced -- albeit well-intentioned -- first-time user. No one wins in this scenario.

So, to eliminate your financial risk, PersonaGrip offers three MONEY-BACK Programs based on your needs:

      • Introductory Program
      • Train-The-Trainer Program
      • Tool Job Program
 Introductory Programs --

We demonstrate, you use the grips.

Introductory Programs are designed to serve as "Capabilities Visits." With free material we modify up to 12 tools. Working 1-on-1 with each worker, we explain the principles behind Adjustable Handgrip Technology. It provides you with the opportunity to see the process in action and witness the benefits immediately at minimal investement.

 Uncover Hidden Profits!

Not only does this Introductory Program provide an opportunity for you to sample our grip technology, it also provides us with an opportunity to survey your workplace and offer suggestions to reduce costs through other uses of our Composite Materials.

For instance, Chip & Scratch protection is the most popular alternative use of PersonaGrip in factories around the world. Injuries can also be reduced by covering sharp corners on work benches and on other in-house fabricated pieces.

Train-The-Trainer Programs -- We show you how to make and use the grips.

Two-day TTT Programs are designed for large organizations interested in establishing an ergonomics program. Selected trainees should be good with their hands and relate well with others.

We teach up to five trainees various tuning factors involved with Adjustable Handgrip Technology for the workplace including:

  • Accommodating movement
  • Multi-user vs. single-user environments
  • Force/motion analysis
  • Ergonomic information capture
  • Leveraging basics
  • Ingress/egress molding techniques
  • Basic hand anatomy
  • Time/temperature relationships
  • Various surface treatments and how they affect grip performance
  • Grip welding, filleting, burnishing, etc.
  • Record keeping, and much more.

Hand Cut-A-Way Showing Nerve LocationDuring Day One, trainees can expect a minimum of four hours of classroom time in which grip theory is explained. After lunch, hands-on molding is explored so that trainees are adequately prepared for Day Two. To ensure proper trainee readiness, real-world, on-line grip development (under the close direction of a PersonaGrip trainer) is done on the second day. During this training phase, production is kept at 1-2 worker-tools/hour.

Tool Job Programs -- We make the grips, you use them.

In this program, PersonaGrip, Inc., makes the grips and trains workers to take advantage of their new leveraging-type grips.

PersonaGrip specialists visit your factory to modify tools, and train workers how to use their new grips. On site, we perform force/motion analyses of workers interfacing with their tools. Focusing on grip exertion, we train workers to use less force to complete the task with their new leveraging grips.

We provide them with an new awareness of how to grasp a tool and carefully time their exertions throughout a stroke to minimize injury and conserve energy. In less than 20-mins/worker we modify their tools and explain how to exploit leveraging-type grips. They are taught how to avoid potentially harmful work methods and other high risk factors such as improper posture and awkward work angles.
