Uncover Hidden Profits!
Not only does this Introductory Program provide an opportunity for you to sample our grip technology, it also provides us with an opportunity to survey your workplace and offer suggestions to reduce costs through other uses of our Composite Materials. For instance, Chip & Scratch protection is the most popular alternative use of PersonaGrip in factories around the world. Injuries can also be reduced by covering sharp corners on work benches and on other in-house fabricated pieces. |

Train-The-Trainer Programs -- We show you how to make and use the grips.
Tool Job Programs -- We make the grips, you use them. In this program, PersonaGrip, Inc., makes the grips and trains workers to take advantage of their new leveraging-type grips. PersonaGrip specialists visit your factory to modify tools, and train workers how to use their new grips. On site, we perform force/motion analyses of workers interfacing with their tools. Focusing on grip exertion, we train workers to use less force to complete the task with their new leveraging grips. We provide them with an new awareness of how to grasp a tool and carefully time their exertions throughout a stroke to minimize injury and conserve energy. In less than 20-mins/worker we modify their tools and explain how to exploit leveraging-type grips. They are taught how to avoid potentially harmful work methods and other high risk factors such as improper posture and awkward work angles. |
